Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech policy and regulatory shifts to inform strategic positioning
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of commercializing next-generation technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
