Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with market potential
- Translate technical innovations into scalable business models and go-to-market strategies
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused R&D initiatives
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, IBM Quantum)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for technology innovation
