Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive technology adoption frameworks for enterprise-scale transformation
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
