Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product requirements
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive R&D budget allocation and resource prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech implementations
