Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Analyze competitive landscape to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
- Manage $2M annual innovation portfolio for 2026 technology pilots
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, biotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong presentation skills for executive and investor communications
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS, CIO)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
