Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping sustainable tech solutions for climate resilience
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotechnology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Security clearance preferred for government partnership projects
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
