Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive tech trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with company vision
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure buy-in for major tech initiatives
- Oversee pilot programs and technology adoption across global operations
- Maintain relationships with key technology partners and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
