Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching scalable technology initiatives
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CEIM) preferred
