Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing applications and AI convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech sectors (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum-resistant cryptography)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 10x efficiency improvements
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technological disruption scenarios
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to validate future tech concepts
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Proven track record of launching technology products with >$100M market impact
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., INSEAD Tech Strategy)
