- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate vision and growth plans
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to investors and stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with real-world implementation testing
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to accelerate prototyping and validation cycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Deep understanding of ethical tech development frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
