Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 innovation targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven predictive analytics platforms
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry-first standards for next-gen cybersecurity protocols
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied mathematics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine learning or cryptography
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to 100M+ user bases
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Active security clearance (Top Secret/SAP preferred)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of deployed systems processing >1 petabyte daily
