Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and market impact
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to source breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in strategic management or innovation leadership preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology transformation projects
