Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
