Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, partnering with engineering, product, and business teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop technology adoption frameworks and implementation strategies for new ventures
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Define KPIs and metrics to track innovation portfolio performance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or ventures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
