- Partner with C-suite to future-proof enterprise infrastructure and talent models
- Champion human-centered design in autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Establish cross-disciplinary innovation labs with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Drive patent strategy for breakthroughs in climate tech and neurotech
- Present future scenarios to global policymakers at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 500+ engineers
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technologies commercialized within 5 years
