Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation and next-gen computing systems
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess market viability for disruptive innovations
- Design scalable frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid solutions with real-world applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and ESG principles
- Drive patent development and publish thought leadership in leading tech journals
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering an inclusive innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech modeling
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from government or private sources
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) with 500+ citations
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
