Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance, quantum algorithm development, or carbon-neutral tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy (US-EU-China-AU dynamics)
- Experience leading teams of 20+ technical specialists in agile environments
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning or Sustainable Tech Architecture
