Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2035 with measurable impact KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct market analysis for nascent technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology integration
- Partner with government entities on policy shaping for emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures to unicorn status
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants exceeding $10M
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
