- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term innovation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Track record of launching innovative products/services with measurable ROI
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google AI) preferred
