Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption success
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Manage an annual innovation budget of $5M+
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., CSCP, PMP) preferred
