Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and sustainability goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and carbon-negative tech
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Design ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems
- Present technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI across global operations
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Experience securing $50M+ budgets for innovation programs
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
