Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions and validating market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting our innovation strategy
- Drive internal innovation culture through workshops and future-thinking initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and external stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Portfolio of published tech forecasts or innovation strategies required
