Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and company vision

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future tech paradigms
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
