Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2031 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including AI ethics frameworks and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (quantum, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Architect scalable technology architectures for 10x future growth challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable business impact
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI)
