Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level (Fortune 500 preferred)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for emerging technology initiatives
- Exceptional command of ethical AI frameworks and human-centric design principles
