- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Collaborate with academic institutions on cutting-edge research projects
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and tech scouting programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
