Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Proven track record of launching tech products/services with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: Web3, AGI, biocomputing, or climate tech
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Tech Futures, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation policies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementations and future-state visions
