Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 20% dedicated R&D time
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech trends (Web4, quantum-resistant blockchain, bio-AI)
- Present strategic technology blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Establish ethical innovation frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with product teams to translate technical capabilities into market opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/tech scale experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching products with exponential growth potential
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
