Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a multi-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to anticipate market shifts and technological disruptions
- Champion innovation initiatives and pilot programs for next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team focused on 2026+ capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) highly desirable
