- Establish KPIs to measure technological innovation ROI and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems
- Track record of developing and executing multi-year technology transformation roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech trends and market disruptions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
