Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and future market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate next-gen product concepts
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and test futuristic solutions
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
