Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption across global operations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and growth targets
- Build and manage a portfolio of pilot programs for next-gen technologies (Web4, AR/VR ecosystems, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring technology innovation impact and ROI
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-focused technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and future-focused digital transformation
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping of innovative solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, IIM)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive audiences
