- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption metrics
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps beyond 5 years
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify technology ROI
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
