Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and consumer trends for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and immersive tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop implementation strategies for next-gen infrastructure including quantum-resistant cryptography
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technological maturity
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible AI and biometric integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse architecture, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ years ahead of market adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for forward-looking projects
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
