Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on business strategy
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and predictive modeling skills
