- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven ROI projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem for emerging tech partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists in futurecasting methodologies and technology foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of launching products with 10x market impact (portfolio required)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Technology Foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in predictive modeling tools
- Experience scaling tech teams across multiple innovation cycles
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
