- Define the Horizon 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration, autonomous systems, and sustainable computing.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for next-generation hardware and software solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Future Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit top-tier talent specialized in emerging fields to drive our 2026 initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus remains ahead of the curve compared to competitors.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI or Future Tech strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Web3 technologies.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with long-term horizons.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment.
