Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technological vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Conduct research and prototyping of emerging technologies to validate feasibility for future product integration.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure architectural compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts or future-tech hardware interfaces is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
