Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for emerging tech including quantum computing, AI neural networks, and blockchain 3.0
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to execute 5-year technology roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem partnerships
- Oversee prototyping of zero-emission hardware and energy-efficient data centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record shipping 3+ complex systems at scale (>$50M ARR impact)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on scalable AI or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act compliance)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants from NSF, DARPA, or similar bodies
