Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation technology solutions aligned with 2026 innovation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop patent-protected prototypes and proof-of-concept systems
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape technology governance frameworks
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging methodologies and ethical development practices
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology applications
- Experience with technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovative technology projects with measurable impact
