Responsibilities
- Design and prototype scalable systems for 2026-era computing paradigms including quantum-integrated architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment of autonomous technologies
- Research and implement carbon-negative data center solutions for next-generation computational demands
- Architect decentralized identity systems enabling secure digital sovereignty in Web3 ecosystems
- Develop predictive models for emerging technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact on business and society
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing principles, distributed ledger systems, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technology implications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or similar languages for high-performance system development
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
