- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present disruptive technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development and operational frameworks
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation maturity tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech

- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts to actionable roadmaps
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
