Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, carbon-negative tech)
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems implementation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to secure IP leadership
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching commercialized quantum/AI solutions with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized networks, or climate tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/C++) and ML frameworks
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
