Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy framework for emerging domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect adoption roadmaps for breakthrough innovations in enterprise environments
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness and market penetration
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio allocation across strategic bets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, AGI frameworks, or biocomputing
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in relevant field (CS, Engineering, Futures Studies) or equivalent experience
