- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and lead a team of futurists and technology architects
- Secure intellectual property for proprietary 2026 technology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or venture capital
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, climate tech
- Exceptional financial modeling and ROI analysis skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (HBR, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Security clearance preferred for defense-related innovation projects
