Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- Strong network in DARPA, IEEE, or similar innovation ecosystems
