Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and market forecasting to identify strategic technology opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership role
