Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizons
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage technology scouting partnerships with global research institutions
- Define ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech innovators
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
