Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for real-world applications
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to access bleeding-edge innovations
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure ROI of emerging technology adoption
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on 2026 technology landscape predictions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotechnology
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight organizations) or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published author in technology innovation or future studies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for global collaboration)
