- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of 8-10 specialists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrated impact on future product development
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and tech forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
